You can't say enough about the way Viking handles and plans all of their tours and cruises, but this world cruise was absolutely amazing.
From the beginning time that you step onboard the ship until the exit, it's just an amazing experience.
Everything is laid out.
The hardest thing you have to decide is what tour are you gonna do in port, what to decide to drink before dinner, and then choosing your menu.
That's as hard as it gets.
We were kind of looking at other cruises and there was multiple places that we wanted to go.
My wife, she said, you know what, if we take this cruise, we can combine this trip, that trip, this trip, and all the trips, a lot of trips that we wanted to do.
The purpose of the world cruise was to see the world and there's adventure around every corner.
We got to go to Africa where we've never been.
I don't know what I was expecting in Africa, but it has exceeded everything that I ever could have imagined.
What a surprise.
I went on a safari.
Oh my God.
I mean, I've never been so excited to see all those animals.
We did a 5:00 AM game drive, and so we saw the sun rising and the animals coming out and felt like I was on the movie set of out of Africa.
It was just so much fun.
Even some people that say they've already been to Africa, they haven't been to Africa this way, A world cruise like this, it becomes a lifestyle.
It's an opportunity to see places that you probably would never have been able to go to before.
It's not always about the destination, it's about the journey.
It's gonna be hard to go back to a 15-day cruise because to do a world cruise, you get that salt water in your blood and you really want to go back out.
My wife doesn't want to go home, you know, and we, we thoroughly enjoy the experience that only Viking can bring.
