1. Sponsor: The Viking Cruises “Celebrating 15 Years of No NCFs” Travel Advisor Booking Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is sponsored by Viking River Cruises Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Viking Cruises”) and administered by Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”). For the purposes of this Promotion, the “Promotion Entities” is composed of the Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates and related companies, including without limitation their parent, sister and subsidiary companies, retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of material and services related to the Sweepstakes, and any other corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly involved in the Sweepstakes and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives.

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to Travel Advisors/Agents belonging to a Travel Agency in active status and in good standing with Sponsor located in the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, selling Viking Cruises products to their clients and whose agency is currently registered with Viking Cruises at time of entry (the “Entrant” or “Agent”). Sweepstakes is only at the advisor level and not the agency level. Any determination of eligibility will be made by Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants are subject to and must agree to these full Official Rules that govern this Sweepstakes and Entrant may also be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in promotions and should check with their company for any relevant policies. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant warrants that he/she has complied with his/her employer’s policy regarding acceptance of prizes and that he/she has informed his/her employer of Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes. This Promotion is not open to the General Public.

Employees and directors of the Promotion Entities and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees and directors (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements described in these Official Rules.

3. Entry/Booking Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. PT (“Pacific Time”) and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). Entrants may enter any bookings meeting the requirements listed in Rule #4 made from June 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025 (the eligible “Entry/Booking Period”). Eligible entries must be submitted by the end of the Entry/Booking Period, as further detailed below. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter: An Entrant meeting the eligibility criteria detailed in Rule #2 above, may enter the Promotion during the Entry/Booking Period, by following and completing the following steps:

• Complete the Entry Form provided at https://viking.com/NoNCFs by submitting their first and last name, email address, phone and valid booking number.
• For each available River, Ocean, or Expedition voyage booking between June 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025 that includes a minimum payment, the appropriate Agent will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). There is a maximum of two (2) guests per booking. After a deposit has been made, full/final payment is due based on the departure year of the sailing.
  • River Stateroom categories from category F (Standard) through ES (Explorer Suite) will qualify (F, E, D, C, B, A, AA & ES).
  • Ocean Stateroom categories from category V2 (Veranda) through OS (Owners Suite) will qualify (V2, V1, DV1, DV2, DV3, DV4, DV5, DV6, PV1, PV2, PV3, PS1, ES1, ES2, ES3 & OS).
  • Expedition Stateroom categories from category N (Nordic Balcony) through OS (Owner’s Suite) will qualify (N, DN, NP, NS, ES & OS).
  • Mississippi River Stateroom categories from V (Veranda) through ES (Explorer Suite) will qualify (V, FB, DV, PV, PS, TS & ES).
• No limit on the number of Entries earned by an Entrant during the Entry Period as long as each Entry has been booked and a minimum payment has been made on the booking, within the dates noted above.
• Each booking must be entered individually.
• Only one (1) Entrant per booking, Entries cannot be shared by multiple Entrants and duplicate bookings will not be honored/eligible.
• Bookings must be made for passengers 18 years of age or older at the time of departure.
• All bookings are subject to verification by Sponsor and must be valid and not in canceled status at time of Sponsor’s verification and prize awarding.

By submitting an Entry, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Your Entry must adhere to the eligibility criteria listed above or your Entry will be void and ineligible for entry into the Sweepstakes. Upon receipt and eligibility verification of your Entry, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible Entries; any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

5. Random Drawing/Odds: Fifteen (15) potential winners will be chosen in a random drawing on or about July 10, 2025 from all eligible Entries submitted during the Entry/Booking Period (the “Potential Winners”). The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor cannot accurately predict the number of eligible Agents who will participate in the Promotion or the number of eligible Entries. This is a randomized drawing that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of the Sponsor. The Promotion is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.

6. Prizes: Fifteen (15) confirmed winners will each receive, one (1) stateroom (double occupancy), French Balcony, Category D, on any 8-Day European River voyage for the winner and one (1) guest in 2025 or 2026 (the “Prize”). Airfare to Europe and return flights back, transfers, optional shore excursions, and land extensions are not included and are available for purchase at regular brochure fare. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $12,598 (USD) and $17,798 (CAD). Total ARV of all available prizes is $188,970 (USD) and $266,970 (CAD). Valid only on 2025 or 2026 sail dates and for category D. Each winner must book their Prize by August 15, 2025 and travel by December 31, 2026. Space per sailing is limited and yield controlled. A Prize is non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In such event, the substitute prize shall be of equal value as the advertised Prize. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Each winner’s chosen guest must be 18 years of age or older to travel with the winner at time of departure.

7. Notification of Potential Winners: The Potential Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone using the contact information submitted by the Entrant at time of registration at https://viking.com/NoNCFs, by the Administrator and each Potential Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, a Travel Release for themselves and their companion and also be required to complete tax documentation as required by law within the jurisdiction in which the respective Potential Winner resides (collectively the “Prize Claim Documents”). All completed Prize Claim Documents must be returned within five (5) days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of attempted delivery of same. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted or if he/she fails to sign and return required Prize Claim Documents or respond to a notification within the time specified, or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or in the event a Potential Winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or is unable to claim the Prize as specified, that Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible Entries. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification and Potential Winners completing and returning all required Prize Claim Documents. If Sponsor or Administrator, is unable to determine and verify a Potential Winner after repeated alternate drawings, or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of Entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award any or all of the prize(s) offered. ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.

Additional Rules related to Residents of CANADA: If a Potential Winner is a Canadian resident (excluding the Province of Quebec), by law, he/she must correctly answer, within a designated time period, a mathematical skill-testing question without the benefit of any calculating devices or any other help before the Prize will be awarded. If a Potential Winner cannot correctly answer the question within the given time limit, that person’s Entry will be disqualified, and no compensation will be given. An alternate Potential Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible Entries. If a Canadian resident is confirmed as the Prize winner, he/she may be required to complete a W-8BEN Tax Form.

Acceptance: Registration at the Sweepstakes page and Entry and participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions available at https://viking.com/NoNCFsRules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.vikingcruises.com/privacy-policy/index.html. The Sweepstakes is designed to increase travel advisors’ awareness of and interest in Viking River Cruises. This Sweepstakes may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of gambling. By registering at the Sweepstakes page and entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Any Entrant acknowledges that these Official Rules and the Terms and Conditions comprise the entire rules for the Sweepstakes. No oral or written representation made to an Entrant by Sponsor’s employees or agents or subcontractors is binding or supersedes these Official Rules unless made by an authorized officer of Sponsor in writing.

8. Release: Promotion Entities including Sponsor, its shareholders, agents and representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) Entries that are late, lost, stolen, garbled/jumbled, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete (iii) illegible computer system hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing of typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (v) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or any other matter related to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, claims based on personal injury, death, and property damage, publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and including any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law. In the event the entry process is cancelled or suspended as set forth herein, winners will be selected from all salvageable Entries received.

9. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Choice of Law: THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, OR THE DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER, SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR TO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH AN ACTION, IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ENTRANTS AND THE SPONSOR RETAIN THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-WIDE SETTLEMENT, IF APPLICABLE. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR AGREE TO WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO LITIGATE THEIR CLAIM IN COURT OR TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES, CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, OR THE DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER. Instead, all such claims will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) then in effect, available at www.adr.org/Rules (the “AAARules”). Discovery and appeal rights may be limited in arbitration. The AAA Rules will govern the payment of arbitration costs unless applicable law requires a different allocation of costs in order for this arbitration provision to be enforceable. If an Entrant is unable to pay their share of the arbitration costs, Sponsor will consider a request to reimburse such costs so long as the Entrant’s claim is not held by an arbitrator to be frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. The arbitrator shall have the power to award, and the parties may seek, any type of legal or equitable relief that would be available under applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances will an Entrant or Sponsor be permitted to obtain awards for, and the parties hereby waive, all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for direct damages actually incurred. Either party may bring its claim in its local small claims court, if permitted by that small claims court rules and if within such court’s jurisdiction. YOU KNOWINGLY ACCEPT THE BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER BY AGREEING TO ENTER INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND RECEIVING THE BENEFIT OF HAVING A CHANCE AT WINNING A PRIZE. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor and/or Viking River Cruises in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles, CA.

With the exception of the prior paragraph, if any part of this Section is deemed invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the Rules and Procedures of the AAA, then same shall be stricken and the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and construed accordingly. If the prior paragraph is invalidated, there shall be no right to arbitration of claims on any class or collective basis, but instead any attempt to assert claims on a class or collective basis of any kind must be pursued in a court of competent jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles, California.

The winners’ list will be available on or about August 15, 2025 or after all winners have been verified.

13. All decisions of Sponsor with regard to this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects. Additional restrictions may apply. THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Sweepstakes SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, PROVINCIAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. No purchase necessary.
