THE PEOPLE YOU MEET

Our Viking Family

If you visit Germany’s oldest restaurant, the Old Sausage Kitchen in Regensburg, you just might meet Monica. Monica has worked here for 17 years and prepares sausages according to the original recipe dating back to the 12th century. The sausages are made utilizing charcoal instead of gas, which helps with their flavor, and the sauerkraut and mustard that accompany these delicious treats are homemade with local ingredients.
